ContactBuilder: 2023 Highlights 

In a year where the housing market saw continued uncertainty and a tougher, more competitive landscape, we were here to support our clients. We continued to develop our system, introducing new integrations such as Share to Buy as well as launching our brand-new look: ContactBuilder Professional Edition. 

We continued to develop our platform to ensure that it works for our clients, with a range of enhancements released throughout the year.  

In 2023, we: 

• Launched our brand-new UI, ContactBuilder Professional Edition 
• Introduced new integrations including Share to Buy, Stripe payment gateway and CommVersion live chat  
• Additional functionality to the Options and Extras module 
• Added new online forms for housing associations  
• Created 21 new placeholders for automated email, form and document population 
• Updated tracking of attended and unattended visits to improve reporting  
• Made 127 client requested changes and improvements

A new look  

In 2023, we unveiled ContactBuilder Professional Edition. A new design to the system that has all the features you know and love but with a sleek design update. Focused on a user-centric design and the importance of an intuitive interface that allows you to seamlessly manage sales and collaborate with ease. New integrations  

ContactBuilder is designed to help your team complete sales smoothly and in less time, freeing up your team to follow up on leads and work on new sales. Our new integration with CommVersion pulls your live chat enquiries directly into ContactBuilder, creating a new contact record and a log of the entire chat transcript. Our Share to Buy integration enables all your portal leads to pull through into the system automatically. And our integration with Stripe allows online payments to be taken easily and securely.

As the longest established and leading housebuilder management solution, we’re constantly evolving our system to make it work for you. We listen to your feedback to further enhance the platform that you use daily. In 2023 we made 127 changes and improvements as requested by our clients.
