As things got back to “normal” in 2022, we were continually developing our system to ensure that it works for our clients, with a range of enhancements released throughout the year.

In 2022, we:

● Introduced email integration with Outlook (through Office 365)

● Developed a new options and extras module 

● Prepared for changes required with the launch of the NHQC  

● Made a significant update to our plot management module 

● Resolved 62.6% of support tickets on the same day  

Our clients can see all the details of our enhancements and updates by logging in to their system and navigating to the ‘stay up to date’ area of the dashboard.

This is why we made a major update to our plot management module, introducing five new screens across plots and developments, improved interaction and task logging, and added new files against the contact cards. This year we developed full email integration with Outlook (through Office 365). This inbound/outbound email integration not only makes your processes easier but crucially it saves you time by providing access to everything you need in one place. You can read more about this here.

To prepare for the launch of the NHQC, we are ensuring ContactBuilder will facilitate your compliance.
