We have introduced five new screens across plots and developments, and improved interaction and task logging, in addition to adding new fields against the contact card. This enables your production and site teams to add files to the developments and plots as well as update key changes in real-time, so you can ensure nothing is missed.
Your production team can complete inspection and build-stage checks in a simple checklist format (the checklists are fully customisable). Snagging tickets can be added as well as uploading photos and documents, which can then be assigned to specific plots. Once these steps have been completed, your sales team will be able to track progress instantly and provide the purchaser with updates where necessary.
A ‘checklist’ function has been designed to help you provide the purchaser with relevant drawings and information throughout the build lifecycle. This feature allows you to easily record the date that the information was provided, helping to both simplify your process and ensure compliance. And the deadline functionality has been designed to help sales and production work together by setting dates for important milestones, such as selecting optional upgrade choices or taking payments.
Your potential purchasers can also now register interest in specific plots, allowing you to tailor your conversations with them, assisting the streamlining of your sales and marketing processes to get potential purchasers converted.
